To support our operation and further growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to work full time in our warehouse in Ipswich.

As our new team member, you will be responsible for the success of the brand in the UK market- making sure that the final phase, delivery of the parcels, is done according to the brand promise, that the parcels are packed, shipped and delivered accurately and in a timely manner.

Role overview

You will be responsible for the success of one of our European markets, the United Kingdom. You will look after the execution of the daily shipments, making sure that all is delivered accurately and in a timely manner.

What you will do on a daily basis:

  • Ship the orders daily, in coordination with the remote colleagues (printing shipping lists, labels);

  • Prepare the parcels, mark them properly and get them ready for shipment;

  • Arrange the pick up with the carrier;

  • Monitor and count the stock, keep the record of goods in and out;

  • Prepare and arrange the container delivery (delivery time, manpower, necessary equipment);

  • Arrange the unloaded stock in the warehouse so it can be easily found at a later stage; 

  • Report daily to the manager;

  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized;

  • Monitor warehouse expenses (gas and electricity).

Job requirements

To be successful in this position, you should:

  • Have basic PC skills, knowledge of Excel, Google sheets;

  • Have good command of English;

  • Be able to set up printers following the instructions;

  • Have good communication skills and understanding of each task;

  • Have the flexibility and ability solve issues as they arise;

  • Be able to work well with colleagues from different cultures.
