ennovationHUB is a leading online e-commerce retailer within the home and living niche. From our office in downtown Belgrade, we market and sell premium furniture through local website brands in the US, UK and EU with more than 70,000 happy customers across the globe.

We are now seeking an additional hands-on Digital Marketing Ninja for Social Media to join the growing team in our Belgrade office. The scope of this role is to provide support in an already established e-commerce furniture brand.


Responsibilities:

  • Set up, maintain and monitor social-media channels (primarily Instagram and Facebook);

  • Create compelling social-media content (primarily Instagram and Facebook) according to stakeholder requirements, in cooperation with the design team. This includes creating calendar, images, videos, copy, and responding to comments and messages, while maintaining a strong online presence tailored to each platform and audience;

  • Analyze social-media campaign performance (primarily Instagram and Facebook) metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results;

  • Work closely with our Performance marketing team to ensure campaign success;

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social-media efforts with existing marketing objectives.

Job requirements

  • Demonstrable 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience working in Social Media;

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications (or related field), or a proven success in building or growing an e-commerce platform;

  • Proven experience in managing and growing Instagram and Facebook channels for consumer brands;

  • Strong understanding of social-media platforms, algorithms, and best practices;

  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills;

  • Creative thinking with a passion for furniture and interior design.


Nice-to-haves:

  • Basic understanding of visual design principles;

  • Experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
