Social Media Manager - Belgrade based

ennovationHUB is an online e-commerce retailer within the home and living niche. From our office in downtown Belgrade, we market and sell premium furniture through local website brands in the US, UK and EU with more than 70,000 happy customers across the globe.

We are now seeking an additional hands-on Social Media Manager to join the growing team in our Belgrade office. The scope of this role is to provide support in an already established e-commerce furniture brand.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain and monitor social media channels (primarily Instagram and Facebook);

• Create compelling social media content (primarily Instagram and Facebook) according to business needs, in cooperation with the design team. This includes creating a content calendar, images, videos, copy, and responding to comments and messages, while maintaining a strong online presence tailored to each platform and audience;

• Analyze social media campaign performance (primarily Instagram and Facebook) metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results, prepare weekly reports;

• Supervise and align visual and content consistency across all profiles for different markets;

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media efforts with existing marketing objectives.
  

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience working in social media;

• Experience in managing and growing Instagram and Facebook channels for consumer brands;

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices;

• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills;

• Creative thinking with an interest in furniture and interior design;

• Proactivity and passion for content creation (we welcome ideas and out-of-the-box thinking);

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications (or a related field), or proven success in building or growing an e-commerce platform.
