We seek an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our logistics operations from Belgrade.

ennovationHUB is an online e-commerce retailer within the home and living niche. From our office in downtown Belgrade, we market and sell premium furniture through local brands in the US, UK, and EU. Our furniture is a part of the tradition of mid-century modern design and sophisticated home décor movement that helped create inspired lifestyles for more than 70,000 customers across the UK, EU, and the US.

As we continue to grow, we seek an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely order fulfillment for our customers. The E-commerce Logistics Manager will oversee part of the logistics and supply chain process for our e-commerce operations. This includes managing inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and returns while maintaining high efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of e-commerce logistics and a proven track record in managing operations at scale.


Key Responsibilities:



Logistics Strategy and Operations:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive logistics strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Manage partnerships with our own operating warehouses in Ipswich, UK and Dublin, IE and carriers.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee inventory across all warehouses and e-commerce platforms to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Together with our Tech Team, Implement systems to track and analyze inventory performance.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions, including last-mile delivery.
  • Monitor and improve shipping metrics, such as on-time delivery and transit times
  • Streamline the returns process to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize costs.
  • Analyze return trends and recommend solutions to reduce return rates.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and develop a team of logistics and fulfillment professionals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track logistics KPIs and use data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on logistics performance and initiatives.

Warehouse Management

  • Supervise our own storage facilities in Ipswich, UK, Dublin, IE, and fulfillment centers in Hamburg and Los Angeles.
  • Design efficient layouts to maximize storage and streamline workflows.
  • Helped the local teams implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.

Technology and Process Improvement:

  • Leverage technology to automate and enhance logistics operations, such as our own inhouse developed warehouse management systems (WMS) and order allocation system.
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job requirements

Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.


Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Proven experience managing fulfillment centers, inventory, and shipping operations.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce) and logistics systems (e.g., WMS, TMS).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
