Graphic Designer in Marketing | Belgrade

ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade, London, and Barcelona, we sell through localized e-commerce platforms across the UK, North America, Europe and APAC.

We are now seeking a strong and hard-working Graphic Designer in Marketing (Belgrade-based). Our new colleague will work within the Marketing team and be responsible for creating visuals to support the Marketing team across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide visuals for ads for different brands within the group (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest);

• Prepare images for website, marketing, and product visualization use;

• Ensure final outputs are website-ready and aligned with brand guidelines;

• Implement and actively use the available AI tools to obtain bigger volume of the approved output;

• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, competition, and industry;

• Follow instructions to get the right tone, aesthetics, and message across the produced visuals;

• Collaborate closely with designers and marketing team;

• Thrive by receiving constructive feedback;

• Hungry for opportunities to grow.

Requirements

• Degree in design or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in the field;

• 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience working in marketing;

• Commercial mindset when it comes to visuals;

• Team player in a diverse and hard-working environment;

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written;

• Detail-oriented, able to pivot, and work well under pressure;

• Independently motivated and eager to learn and grow with a commitment to stretching yourself;

• Proficiency in AI design tools, Figma, Photoshop, Adobe suite, all other tools will be considered an advantage;

• Strong knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
