Join a fast-growing e-commerce team and learn design by doing: create real ads, work with mentors, and see your work live from day one, with real growth opportunities as you prove yourself.
Job description
ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade, London, and Barcelona, we sell through localized e-commerce platforms across the UK, North America, Europe and APAC.
We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our Belgrade creative team, in a role built around learning by doing. From day one, you’ll be working on real projects that go straight into paid advertising and e-commerce, giving you the opportunity to see how your design performs in the real world and contribute to tangible results.
You’ll collaborate closely with the brand owner, art director, marketing manager, and the wider team, gaining practical experience across the full creative process. This is a hands-on internship designed to help you develop your skills, refine your eye for detail, and grow your understanding of commercial design in a fast-paced environment.
We’re looking for someone who thinks visually, pays attention to the details, and is genuinely curious about the craft of design — someone eager to learn, experiment, and improve through real work, not just tools.
What you will do
Design lifestyle interiors — build living rooms, dining rooms, and styled spaces using our products, working alongside the brand owner and art director
Create ad creatives for Meta — take interior visuals and turn them into on-brand ads by composing layouts, adding text elements, and applying typography with intention
Maintain visual consistency — help uphold brand standards across all creative output, from product imagery to paid social
Work with AI generation tools — use tools like ChatGPT, Flow, Gemini, and others as part of the production pipeline
Collaborate and communicate — stay in sync with the art director, marketing manager, and marketing teammates across ongoing projects
Job requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a graphic design, visual communications, or related program
A genuine eye for detail — you notice when something is off and you care enough to fix it
Solid foundation in graphic design principles: typography, text alignment, colour theory, composition
Familiarity with Figma and/or Adobe Photoshop
Proactive, curious, and eager to grow — you ask questions, take feedback well, and push yourself to improve
Strong knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
Experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, or similar)
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
Interest in interior design, furniture, or home & living aesthetics
Why you should apply:
Real creative responsibility from day one, no busywork
Hands-on experience with a modern AI-assisted creative workflow
Direct mentorship from the brand owner and art director
Paid, full-time internship with a clear path to a full-time role if you show strong results.
A truly international work environment across several countries, continents, and time zones.
A friendly, collaborative, and growth-focused work environment.
Our central Belgrade office includes:
Standing desks and a cozy leisure zone
A summer garden and a relaxed atmosphere
Occasional sweet treat surprises
Hybrid setup: Work in-office Monday-Thursday, and enjoy remote Fridays
As an equal-opportunity employer, we value diversity, proactivity, and fresh thinking. We implement and encourage the smart use of AI in our work. Our team will welcome people from all backgrounds who are excited to contribute and grow.
