ennovationHUB is an online e-commerce retailer within the home and living niche. From our office in downtown Belgrade, we market and sell premium furniture through local brands in the US, UK, and EU. Our furniture is a part of the tradition of mid-century modern design and sophisticated home décor movement that helped create inspired lifestyles for more than 70,000 customers across the UK, EU, and the US.
We seek a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Stock Analyst to join our operations team. In this role, you will monitor and optimize stock levels, analyze sales trends, and provide actionable insights to ensure product availability and operational efficiency. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor stock levels across multiple warehouses and e-commerce platforms to ensure optimal inventory.
- Analyze sales performance, forecasting trends to prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Develop and maintain inventory reports to track key metrics such as turnover rates and stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and fulfillment teams to streamline stock replenishment processes.
- Identify slow-moving or excess inventory and recommend solutions to minimize waste.
- Partner with the marketing and sales teams to forecast demand for promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Use inventory management software and data analytics tools to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency and support overall business goals.
Job requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory analysis, stock management, or supply chain operations, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, TradeGecko, SAP) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
