Junior Web Developer

ennovationHUB is a dynamic e-Commerce company, operating within the home and living niche. We have several brands and websites under our cap, and are looking for a Junior Web Developer - to join our growing team in Belgrade. We operate an internationally- oriented workplace with Nordic working culture, including flexi-time working arrangements and working from home one day per week.

Role overview

As our new team member, you will be responsible for making sure the websites are up and running, updated and bug-free. As simple as that.

Working from our Belgrade hub, you will be responsible for different assignments such as:

• Create, edit and update products in WooCommerce, according to instructions;
• Test frontend functionality, identify and log bugs on designated WP sites, according to work schedule;
• Provide basic IT support in-house (creating accounts, log ins etc);
• Troubleshoot website bugs and errors, support website managers in daily tasks;
• Organise information and data, according to the pre-established model;
• Search for potential performance improvements (once onboarding is done);
• Work closely with the company's web developers and managerial team;
• Report to the senior team.

About you

ennovationHUB believes personality, motivation and drive are equally as important as skillset. However, our ideal candidate would highlight the following:

• Digital literacy and knowledge of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
• Some experience in development and administration of websites and online stores in WordPress, using WooCommerce plugin;
• Able to process photos and prepare them for display on the web;
• Detail-oriented, able to pivot, and have a team spirit;
• Basic knowledge of PHP and MySql - nice to have;
• Knowledge of Figma and Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) - nice to have;
• Strong knowledge of English language, both written and verbal;
• Independently motivated and eager to learn and grow with a commitment to stretching yourself- lots of possibilities lie ahead.
