Meta Ads (Instagram, Facebook) Marketing Specialist - Belgrade based

ennovationHUB is a leading online e-commerce retailer in the home and living niche. From our office in downtown Belgrade, we market and sell premium furniture through local website brands in the US, UK, and EU, with more than 120,000 happy customers worldwide.

We seek an additional hands-on and hard-working Meta Ads Ninja to work within our Performance marketing team. We want to hear from you if you understand Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ads advertising well and are eager to apply and grow these skills.

On this job, we expect you to:

• Be responsible for Ads in a defined market space (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads);

• Crеаte аnd manage campaigns within your market space/brand;

• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to hit business and marketing KPIs, with a focus on cost-effective traffic growth;

• Monitor and improve campaign performance;

• Work closely with colleagues to develop and align media strategy with broader business objectives.

About you:

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing. Your attention to detail is impeccable, and you have a knack for organizing and interpreting data. To succeed in this position, you should have:

• Demonstrable 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience working in Meta Ads;

• Experience in implementing campaigns and strong knowledge of Meta's best practices regarding structure, optimization, and implementation;

• Understanding of the relationship between media metrics and business KPIs in an e-commerce context;

• Degree in business studies or adequate experience;

• Numerical skills and experience in using Google Sheets, with an interest in how technology can facilitate or automate our work;

• Commercial mindset;

• Strong knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
