ennovationHUB is a leading online e-commerce retailer in the home and living niche. From our office in downtown Belgrade, we market and sell premium furniture through local website brands in the US, UK, and EU, with more than 70,000 happy customers worldwide.
We now seek an experienced eCommerce Site Manager (Head of On-site) with a solid project management skillset and a passion for processes and details. Reporting to Senior Management, you will be responsible for carefully executing the process of ensuring that our UK flagship furniture e-commerce store (nordinahome.co.uk) is always up-to-date.
The successful candidate will pay close attention to detail, use project management tools, delegate, and follow up to ensure fast and clear work progress.
Job description:
Website Operations
Ensure the website is functional, updated, and visually appealing.
Manage product catalogs, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Test and troubleshoot site features to ensure a seamless user experience.
Content Management
Oversee the creation and updating of content, such as banners, landing pages, and promotional messages.
Coordinate with marketing teams to align on-site campaigns with overall branding and messaging strategies
Day-to-day coordination and management of ongoing e-commerce website projects;
Work structured and confidence in project management tools such as ClickUp;
User Experience (UX) Optimization
Analyze customer behavior and site performance metrics (e.g., bounce rate, session duration, and conversion rates).
Work on improving website navigation.
Ensure consistency across all websites
Stakeholder Collaboration
Liaise with customer service teams to address recurring user issues.
This is an inhouse senior role; you must manage a small in-house team (2-3) and part-time remote workers.
Job requirements
Skills and Qualifications
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools.
Ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Understanding user needs to optimize the shopping experience.
Coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
Quickly addressing and resolving site issues.
The eCommerce Site Manager is critical in maintaining the online store’s success by focusing on operations, performance, and user experience. Their efforts directly impact customer satisfaction and sales growth.
+2 years experience in using WooCommerce and WordPress;
Solid experience in using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp);
Extremely structured and able to develop guidelines and ensure follow-up. This role requires an interest in coordinating projects;
Hands-on approach to workloads;
Numerical skills and experience in using Google Sheets, with an interest in how technology can facilitate or automate our work;
Some experience in online marketing and tech is required;
