We are looking for an E-Commerce Data Analyst in Belgrade to help us analyse our data.

With a multinational team of talented individuals working all over the globe, we market and sell premium furniture through local website brands in the US, UK and EU with more than 80,000 happy customers across the globe.

We are now looking for a talented individual with strong technical skills within the field of data analysis that will help power our further growth by providing the stakeholders with the actionable insights that will lead to an improvement in the data-driven decision making processes, as well as assessing current performance and success based on agreed upon key performance indicators.

You Will:

  • Be responsible for daily monitoring of the core business metrics

  • Identifying current trends and patterns in customer behaviour

  • Use predictive analytics to identify trends, forecast re-stocking dates, and support strategic decision-making

  • Identify and act on opportunities within the supply chain management processes

  • Clean, structure, and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring its accuracy and reliability

  • Assist the stakeholders and upper management in developing and executing strategies by providing actionable insights into the current performance of various areas of the business

Job requirements

  • A passion for data and a strong desire to continuously learn and improve your analytical skills

  • Tech-savvy, ability to learn and adapt to various technical analytical tools

  • Out-of-the-box thinking with positive approach to challenging tasks

  • Proven experience in technical analysis within retail and/or trading environments

  • High proficiency in technical tools for data analysis (eg. Google Sheets/Excel, Google Data Studio)

  • Proficiency in advanced analysis tools (eg. Python, R, SQL) will be considered a plus

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker will be considered a plus
