Job description

ennovationHUB is an online e-commerce retailer in the home and living niche. From our office in downtown Belgrade, we market and sell premium furniture through local website brands in the US, UK, and EU, with more than 70,000 happy customers worldwide.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to take charge of coordinating and managing the structure of our European websites. This role requires an individual with a strong sense of accountability, reliability, and a background in structured environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all EU websites, managing updates and structural changes with zero tolerance for errors.

  • Conduct thorough reviews to maintain content quality and consistency across the websites.

  • Oversee cross-functional teams of language and website specialists.

  • Maintain and enforce order and structure across all projects, ensuring the tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.

  • Utilize tools like Google Sheets, reporting software, task manager (e.g. ClickUp) and WordPress to manage website updates and changes.

  • Report regularly on progress and outcome.

Job requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a project management or a similar structured role.

  • Proficiency in tools such as WordPress, Google Sheets, and reporting systems.

  • A track record of managing projects with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Accountability for your work, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards. You understand the importance of teamwork and can coordinate effectively with other departments.

  • Experience in quality control is a plus.
