Drive Google Ads performance for an international e-commerce brand. This senior, hands-on opportunity offers an immediate start in Barcelona and ownership across global markets.
Job description
ennovationHUB is a rapidly growing international e-commerce group specialising in the home & living category, with a strong emphasis on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade, Barcelona, and London, we serve customers across the UK, North America, the EU, and APAC.
As we work toward €160m+ in annual revenue by 2027, we are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist who can join us as soon as possible and take ownership of Google Ads performance for one of our portfolio brands. You will be directly responsible for driving growth, improving efficiency, and supporting profitability.
About the role:
You will work within an international, multi-brand e-commerce group, managing campaigns across several markets with substantial advertising budgets. Your work will have a direct and measurable impact on revenue and business performance.
Google Ads is a key driver of our growth. Operating across different brands and countries brings both complexity and opportunities to improve results. We are looking for someone who enjoys exploring large datasets, identifying opportunities, and translating insights into effective testing and execution.
You will collaborate closely with our Head of Performance Marketing, creative team, and data specialists to deliver strong campaign performance while supporting efficient scaling as the business expands.
Your responsibilities:
Lead Google Ads performance for one e-commerce brand across multiple international markets
Manage and optimise Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant Google Ads campaign types
Measure and improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability
Take direct accountability for growth, efficiency, and performance within your assigned portfolio
Explore growth opportunities across products, categories, markets, and audience segments
Analyse campaign results and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Review account performance through regular audits and ongoing optimisation
Work with developers and analytics teams to maintain reliable tracking and measurement
Collaborate with creative and content colleagues to improve advertising and landing page performance
Support advertising budget planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
Follow platform updates, AI-driven advertising developments, and industry best practices
Contribute to testing plans and experimentation frameworks that strengthen long-term results
What you can expect:
You will build on an established Google Ads channel that already delivers results. Your focus will be on finding opportunities to improve performance, increase efficiency, and scale successful approaches. In our competitive e-commerce environment, even small improvements can create meaningful business impact.
Our team includes experienced colleagues who work quickly and care about outcomes. We encourage independent thinking, constructive challenges backed by data, and clear ownership of results.
You will have the responsibility and trust to make decisions, implement improvements, and influence the growth of the business. The role combines hands-on campaign execution with a broader understanding of commercial performance.
Job requirements
This position requires in-house e-commerce experience. Candidates whose primary Google Ads experience comes from agencies, consultancies, or freelance work will not be considered.
We are looking for someone who has owned performance within an e-commerce business, where success is measured by revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and long-term growth.
You should have experience working directly within a commercial organisation and be confident taking responsibility for results, from identifying an opportunity through to implementing changes and measuring their impact.
Our ideal candidate will have:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Proven experience managing Google Ads for an e-commerce business, with direct accountability for performance and profitability
Strong practical experience with Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
A track record of working within an in-house e-commerce team
The ability to analyse large datasets and extract insights that support clear actions
A strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center
An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
Fluent written and spoken English
The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
A curious, proactive approach to improving performance
Confidence taking ownership and making decisions independently
A willingness to embrace AI and automation as we expand their use across the business
Availability to start immediately or as soon as possible
Your approach to work:
You combine senior-level judgment with a practical, hands-on approach. You use data to make informed decisions and turn analysis into action.
You are naturally curious, take initiative, and continually look for opportunities to improve results. You can balance strategic thinking with daily execution, keeping your attention on outcomes and commercial impact.
You are motivated by building and scaling performance and are comfortable taking responsibility for the decisions that help achieve it.
Our international team and travel:
Our wider team is based across London, Belgrade, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Oxfordshire, Istanbul, and Guangzhou, with a significant part of the business operating from our Barcelona hub. We are continuing to strengthen our presence in Barcelona and expect it to play an increasingly important role as the business grows.
Although most work is currently carried out remotely, we value regular time together in person to collaborate, so we plan to open set up a WeWork office in the months to follow. From there you will be able to work 2 days per week together with the colleagues to share ideas, and plan the next stages of our growth.
The role involves travel approximately every 4–8 weeks to Belgrade, London, or other team locations for planning sessions, workshops, team gatherings, and strategic discussions.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to help scale an international e-commerce business and make a meaningful contribution over the coming years.
Our culture at ennovationHUB:
We value:
Taking accountability for outcomes
Turning ideas into action
Communicating clearly and directly
Learning through doing
We welcome people from diverse backgrounds. What matters most is the quality of your work, your willingness to take ownership, and your contribution to moving the business forward.
