ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade and London, we serve customers across the UK, North America, EU, and APAC.

As we scale toward €160m+ annual revenue by 2027, we are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Specialist to take ownership of the Meta Ads performance of one of our brands within our portfolio, with direct accountability for growth, efficiency, creative performance, and profitability.

This is not a typical agency paid social role focused on managing a handful of campaigns for different clients. You will be working inside a multi-brand international e-commerce group with significant advertising budgets, multiple markets, and direct visibility into how your work impacts revenue and profitability.

Meta Ads is a core part of our growth strategy. We operate across multiple countries and brands, creating both complexity and opportunity. We are looking for someone who understands performance creative, audience testing, campaign structure, data analysis, and how to scale paid social profitably in a competitive e-commerce environment.

You will work closely with our Head of Performance Marketing, creative team, content team, and data specialists to ensure campaigns are not only performing well today but continue to scale efficiently as the business grows.

What You Will Do

  • Take ownership of Meta Ads performance for one e-commerce brand across multiple international markets

  • Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Advantage+ Shopping, retargeting, prospecting, and other relevant campaign types

  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, profitability, CTR, CPC, CPM, and creative performance

  • Be directly accountable for growth, efficiency, and performance within your portfolio

  • Identify growth opportunities across products, audiences, markets, creative angles, and customer segments

  • Analyse campaign data and turn insights into actionable recommendations

  • Work closely with creative and content teams to test new concepts, hooks, formats, and ad angles

  • Build structured testing plans for creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, and campaign setups

  • Conduct account audits and implement ongoing optimisation initiatives

  • Work closely with developers and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement

  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and performance reporting

  • Stay current with Meta platform developments, AI-driven campaign features, creative best practices, and industry trends

  • Contribute to experimentation frameworks that improve long-term paid social performance

Important Context

You will not be joining a business that is trying to figure out whether Meta Ads works. It already does. Your role is to help us take performance to the next level by identifying opportunities, improving creative testing, improving efficiency, and scaling what works. We operate in a competitive e-commerce environment where small improvements in creative, structure, targeting, or conversion rate can have a significant impact.

You will be working with experienced colleagues who move quickly and care about results. We value people who can think independently, challenge assumptions with data, and take ownership of outcomes. This is not a support role and it is not a reporting role. You will be trusted to make decisions, own results, and have a direct impact on the growth of the business.

Job requirements

This role is strictly for candidates with in-house e-commerce experience. Candidates whose primary Meta Ads experience comes from agencies, consultancies, or freelance work will not be considered.

We are looking for people who have owned performance outcomes inside an e-commerce business, where success is measured by revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, creative performance, and long-term growth rather than client management and campaign delivery. You should have experience working directly within a commercial business and be comfortable taking ownership of results, not simply providing recommendations.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for an e-commerce business, with direct responsibility for performance and profitability

  • Strong experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram advertising, Advantage+ Shopping campaigns, prospecting, retargeting, and creative testing

  • Proven experience working as part of an in-house e-commerce team rather than as an agency, consultant, or freelancer

  • Strong understanding of paid social creative testing, hooks, angles, formats, and performance analysis

  • Comfortable analysing large datasets and identifying actionable insights

  • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement

  • Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, and campaign reporting tools

  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities

  • Curious, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement

  • Able to take ownership and make decisions independently

  • We are actively pushing AI and automation across the business, so you need to be comfortable working in that direction and not resistant to change

Location & Setup

This role is based in our office in downtown Belgrade (Vračar). We work from the office Monday to Thursday, with Fridays remote. While we operate internationally across Europe and APAC, a significant part of our team is based in Belgrade. Our office includes a spacious summer garden, standing desks, and dedicated collaboration spaces designed to make work both productive and enjoyable.
