Supply Chain Internship | Belgrade based

ennovationHUB is an international e-commerce group selling furniture and home living products across 20+ markets — US, UK, EU and beyond. We operate five brands, source all our products from factories in China, and manage thousands of SKUs across multiple warehouses and websites. We are on a clear path from €36M to €100M+ revenue.

Our Supply Chain & Inventory function is being restructured. We are building the processes, tools, and team that will support our next phase of growth and we need someone who wants to be part of building that, taking it to the next level together with us.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Intern to join our operations team in Belgrade. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with real ownership from day one.

You will work directly with our Head of Supply Chain & Inventory and the China operations team to make sure the right information is in the right place at the right time, that products are ordered, tracked, and accounted for correctly in our ERP system.

Responsibilities

• SKU Data Quality: Own the completeness of product data in our ERP. Track which SKUs are missing dimensions, weight, carton structure, or MOQ, coordinate with the China team to fill the gaps.

• New SKU Order Follow-Up: Every week, identify new SKUs that have been created but not yet ordered from factories, making sure nothing slips, and coordinate with the supply chain coordinator in China to confirm orders are placed and tracked.

• Factory Order Tracking: Produce a weekly status report on all active factory orders - what is in production, what has a confirmed delivery date, what is delayed, and what has had no update in the last 7 days. Flag delays before they become problems.

• ClickUp Operations Log: Own the daily hygiene of the Supply Chain workspace in ClickUp by monitoring open tasks, chasing assignees, making sure nothing is left overdue.

• SOP Documentation: As the team formalises its processes, you will help write and structure Supply Chain SOPs in ClickUp by working directly with the people who own each process to turn their knowledge into usable documentation.

• Investigations: When a data inconsistency surfaces (wrong weight, missing stock count, incorrect order quantity), you are the first to investigate, cross-reference, and bring findings to the Head of Supply Chain before escalating.

• Final-year student or recent graduate with strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data (nice to have);

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy;

• Commercial mindset with the ability to understand how data impacts customers and business performance;

• Team player who thrives in a diverse and hard-working environment;

• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written (this is an international environment and the working language is English);

• Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools

• Any exposure to e-commerce, international trade, or cross-cultural work environments

• Smart and responsible user of AI tools who leverages technology to learn, improve, and increase productivity rather than outsource critical thinking and decision-making.
